Hey gang, Pat here. Toni called to say hi from Washington, D.C., where she's attending the Annual Toy Safety Conference. Legislation, rules and regulations change so often, Toni's hard-put, to keep up with the changes. She will be coming home tomorrow night. (Thank goodness!)
