Jonny Quest

Well another week, another painting. This one is based on a comic cover published long ago. I loved Dave Stevens works. He was the artist who created "The Rocketeer". He was also a lifelong friend of Doug Widley, the original artist who created Jonny Quest for Hanna-Barbera.

Summer is flying past...

Where does the time go? It seems like only yesterday, we were counting down the days until the anniversary party, and now its already been three weeks since the party was held. Boy the summer is flying right by us.

Not much news to write about, though I do have a couple of art projects in the air. Toni is as busy as ever. Work, work, work, work, work! Chris has just been on a much needed vacation, and is making his way back to Battle Creek!

Finally getting to enjoy a little bit of the gazebo, after the endless cycle of rain. Yard is shaping up nicely, and that just about covers all that's happening here on the home front. Hope you're all having a great summer! Talk at you soon!  ;)

Another project!

Hi faithful readers...Pat here with an early Halloween post. Just over a week ago, I was in Wisconsin for a very special anniversary party. I saw lots of family member's at the party. One such guest was my cousin Darren. We got to talking, and the next thing you know, I've got another assignment!

Darren and his lovely wife, host an annual Halloween party for friends and family, (they are terrific hosts)! Its really a lot of fun, especially for the kids, and I wanted to help in a small way!  So here is my next project, just finished. Some new signs for his Halloween Ride!

I'm sure Darren will find the perfect spot to post them!
