Life of Reilly

Good morning, faithful readers. I wanted to tell you about a fun, touching movie I saw on Netflicks! It was called, "The Life of Reilly", and it was a recording of Charles Nelson Reilly's one man show!

You may recall him as the gay flamboyant actor from all those crazy game shows from the '70's! But there was so much more to him. I watched and enjoyed the stories and soundbites that told an amazing tale of one actor's life. Here is a taste....but I encourage all of you to rent this film. You won't regret it!

Not much going on in Battle Creek, soooooo

Hi all. Pat here. Its been cold and rainy here in Battle Creek. (Some summer, huh?) Anyway, since there's not much new to report, I thought I'd post another Epic Rock Battle of History to entertain you.

I am looking forward to seeing the New Captain America movie. This was one of my favorite comic books at a kid and now, I'll be able to see him done right, up on the silver screen. Here is a preview, for the new movie...

Has a nice ring to it!

Well last night, in spite of the Lock-Out; the Green Bay Packer's had a special ring ceremony to celebrate thier Superbowl Victory! This picture is my favorite. Long-time Packer's receiver, Donald Driver, proudly showing off his ring. I always admired Donald Driver. His story was a touching one, that unlike so many of the thugs that play the game; he really understood, "This time and talent is a fleeting gift. Not to be squandered!" Congratulation's Donald! You're a Super Bowl Champ, now! Has a nice ring!

Cold Summer, so far!

Well it's June 15, and I swear it was warmer in May! This year has shaped up to be pretty unspectacular as far as weather goes. It has really been a letdown on the weekend's. You know, the time when you really want it to be nice! Maybe July will finally deliver the goods.

But so far it's been a cold summer! Burrrrrr!

Toni's Birthday!

Well, Monday was Toni's Birthday. She took the day off to enjoy all the wonderful simple things that she simply can't do during the work week!
